Code of conduct
I am a member of the Nederlandse Organisatie van Beroepscoaches NOBCO and work according to their International Ethical Code and their complaints procedure.

Terms and condictions

Any work I deliver is subject to the terms and conditions of illustra-coaching. These are provided along with an offer and can also be requested at info@illustra-coaaching.nl 

Coachcontract

Further terms considering the coaching trajectory are set in a  coachcontract. This contract is set up, based on the coaching question, at the start of a coaching trajectory. An example can be requested at info@illustra-coaching.nl
